Hello. I am a second-year PhD student in Pure Mathematics at the University of St. Andrews since September 2023. My primary supervisor is Prof. Mike Todd, and my secondary supervisor is Dr. Natalia Jurga.

My research focuses on the Dynamical Systems and Ergodic Theory, particularly on recurrence, with an emphasis on studying the Hitting time statistics, escape rate and cover time on symbolic dynamics.

Research Interests

As a researcher in Pure Mathematics, my research interests lie in the area of Dynamical Systems and Ergodic Theory. I research on some problems in recurrence, with an emphasis on studying the Hitting time statistics, escape rate and cover time on symbolic dynamics.

My research interests included:

  • Dynamical systems & Ergodic theory

  • Recurrence

  • Hitting time statistics

  • Symbolic Dynamics

  • Orbit equivalence for measure preserving actions

  • Probability measure preserving equivalence relations
